Great experience at Shula's!

No signs posted when getting off the elevator on 9th floor as to which rooms went to the left and which rooms went to the right. For example, my room 902 went to the left but we did not know this and "guessed" right. Also your marketing of the duel shower head was great. The water pressure was 50% of what it should have been and took twice as long to shower.
Room was very nice and clean. Hotel overall was very impressive. We loved the views and proximity to the theatre we went to. Staff was very friendly (front desk/concierge and especially valet service out front of the property).
