Liked: Excellent location near Central Park and Times Square. Great full breakfast included in room rate. Really good guest laundry. The kitchenette facilities worked wellWe were upgraded to a larger room on the 62nd floor with great view
Disliked: The bed was too high for my wife who has mobility issues

Disliked: Bed looked used little more than it should be, halls and elevators the same

Liked: Room: we LOVED the little kitchenette (with fridge, freezer and microwave) - it makes a tremendous difference to a trip (al those left over restaurant food - NOT going to waste and being able to have hot milk with your first morning coffee).Location: what a PLEASANT SURPRISE, it was even more central than we thought (coming from South Africa and first time in NYC)!!!! This (AND the Room Kitchenette) will make us come back to this hotel over and over again.Breakfast: great system (self serve) and fantastic range - we loved the 'instructions' at the oatmeal station and the beautiful variety of food, fruit, snacks, bread, drinks...I can go on and on!WE ARE FANS!
Disliked: Honestly (and we are pedantic travelers) - nothing comes to mind as 'useful feedback' right now :)
