The view and comfort made...

Liked: The view!! It was our first time in NY and the room made everything even more special to us. We stayed at the 41st floor with a wonderful view to Times Square. So happy!
Disliked: The breakfast was too simple and not much options. But the staff in there are so kind.About the room only the shower was not 100%, use to make a noise if it’s on the maximum level of temperature. And the noise of the construction on the street.

Impeccable views

Liked: Fantastic view and a nice amenities
Disliked: I ordered from Doordash. After the food was dropped off, the hotel gave me different food, which other guests ordered. I thought it was Doordash's fault until I went downstairs again. There was no apology. I found this kinda annoying. But I was supposed to be downstairs for the food delivery, so I would rather think I was just unfortunate.
