Liked: Handy location. Supper staff.
Disliked: Very crowded breakfast. Far too much single use plastic.

Liked: Good location. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Impossible to reach someone by phone. Flight was delayed and we nissed our connecting flight so we were arriving in the morning on the day following our arrival date We talked to Marriott representatives multiple times to infirm them that we would be arriving a day late. Our messages did not get recorded and our room was given away and we were charged a no show fee. We were not able to secure a room until after 5 pm by which point we had missed several planned events. We also reached out to booking.com with a change request and messages. No one replied to any of our messages. We are considering not returning to Marriott hotels nor using booking.com.
