Liked: Very friendly and professional staff, great amenities and top location.
Disliked: 2 lifts were permanently not working. During rush hours we had to wait around 10 minutes to catch it

Liked: For several years we keep using the hotel since we need to stay long and a kitchen function. The room type was one of what I requested. I like the view. Also we got higher floor as I requested.
Disliked: Elevators are not well maintained. For several years we keep using the hotel since we need to stay long and a kitchen function. Usually at least 3 elevators are working out of 4. But this time several days, we had only 2 elevators working and breakfast time and check-out time, guests are panicked to meet a working time. I heard someone waited 35 to 45 minutes to go down.

Amazing stay with breathtaking views...

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay! The view from our room on the 52nd floor was breathtaking. The room was spotless and very well-kept, with a super comfortable bed – we slept so well. It was also very quiet inside, we couldn’t hear any city noise, which made it even more relaxing. Breakfast every day was delicious. The hotel itself is modern and beautiful, which added to the overall experience.The location is fantastic – just about a 10-minute walk to Times Square, the same to Central Park, and the neighborhood itself feels great and convenient. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Next time we come to New York, we’ll definitely stay here again – we truly loved it
Disliked: A small tip for future guests: bring your own body lotion, as the room only had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. As for the elevator – yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer than usual, but it’s really not a big deal (the longest we waited was about 5 minutes) and it definitely didn’t affect our overall experience.

All my expectations were met....

Liked: During our stay, all our expectations were met, and no request was a problem. The atmosphere at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for ten days and were very satisfied. First of all, it's very clean, the room has bath amenities, an iron, a press, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Breakfast is delicious: fresh fruit salad, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, bagels, muffins, juices, coffee, scrambled eggs, waffles, and omelets. The location is excellent—between Central Park and Times Square. I'd happily return.
Disliked: There was no such thing. Maybe just a wish: coffee available in the lobby until later.

Nice hotel, great location

Liked: The location was great. Walking distance to theaters, restaurants, park, and river.
Disliked: The elevator was hard to get. The breakfast was okay, but it was hard to get the elevator, so it was not worth going down to get coffee and back to your room. It took too long.

Nice hotel and perfect location...

Liked: Perfect location and very large rooms with spectacular views from the 57th floor
Disliked: There have been problems with the elevators. Only two out of four in working conditions made the waiting for them very tedious
