One person one bed. Two? Get 2 beds so you have a place for your luggage and whatnot.

Liked: Clean and the breakfast buffet was great and was treated promptly and professionally.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was nice, not sure...

Liked: It is close to Times Square and Broadway theathers. Breakfast choice is good as for american standard, still not compared to european standard in 4star hotel. Nice view from upper levels. Reception supervisor was nice.
Disliked: We booked 3 nights in the hotel. On arrival they had no availability of the booked room. They gave us smaller room. Next day we moved to the room as booked. We received higher floor and late chrckout in return. Avoid rooms neighbouring elevators wall to wall, elevators are very loud.

The hotel met our needs.

Liked: The location was good for our excursions. The room was clean and quiet. Restaurant staff were efficient.
Disliked: The breakfast was cold - but should have been hot. No complimentary coffee in room or lobby. Furniture in room and bathroom was dated and needed repair.

Excellent Hotel!

Liked: The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff, though, was what really made the experience wonderful! Everyone from the bellboy, the front desk, the wait staff at breakfast! All were absolutely kind and helpful!
Disliked: Everything was perfect!

Liked: The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating and room facilities were good.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was not good at all. The prep for some of the offerings were unacceptale. For example, the fruit options were varied but the prep was questionable. The grapes still had stems attached, which caused me to question whether the grapes had even been washed, thus I chose not to eat the. The food, although heated, did not maintain the heat so the food was cold (waffles, pancakes, sausages and eggs, so I did not eat any of the food, but ordered food from Junior's restaurant which was conveniently close by.
