Location, location, location but other...

Liked: The location is everything.
Disliked: You can walk to Times Square and broadway theaters. Easy shopping and tons of options for food in varying price ranges. My issues were with cleanliness and response to problems. My shower was not clean with hair in shower area. Reported to staff which was easy however, it took cleaning over 3 hours to respond. I was back in the room after 3 hours. My key card kept getting deactivated. I was told after the third time that demagnetization happens if the card is near your cell phone. This was inconvenient i was on the 20 th floor and the elevator does not work without the key card kept getting otherwise, it was fine. I just expected more for what was paid for only 2 nights.

Liked: The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy walking distance to Times Square and other key tourist attractions. I was also pleased with the abundance of nearby restaurants and shopping options. Despite the central location, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was.I found the facilities and the room itself to be very clean. The inclusion of a refrigerator in the room was appreciated. While the breakfast buffet was truly amazing with a wide variety of choices, the only minor suggestion I would have is the addition of a microwave in the room for heating up leftover food.The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the bellmen who assisted with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. The elevators were also impressively fast, although they did get a little crowded during peak breakfast hours, it wasn't a significant issue.

Poor hotel, not worth the...

Disliked: When I booked the hotel the images were of a different room than what we were given, room was a lot smaller and due to the makeup of our family of 5 which includes step children and a child with a disability, the room was not big enough, we expressed our concerns with the hotel staff who didn’t want to know and passed the blame on to booking.com, we then contacted booking.com who also blamed the hotel so nothing was done, the hotel staff were very rude and it seemed that if you were Spanish or Spanish speaking you had top services. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.
