Liked: The location was perfect for everything we planned to see. Room was very comfortable and roomy for New York City. Great shower and clean bathroom. The Happy Hour in the restaurant was very nice and the bar tender was great. Very easy to store luggage before checkin and after check out. Friendly and helpful people at reception desk.
Disliked: Wait for elevators at some times.

Liked: The location is fantastic. We had a view of times square from the 43rd floor. They had an on site coffee/bar which was very convenient for a tea drinker and the layout worked well.
Disliked: The long queue for breakfast although the large number of people was managed well and the breakfast is great once you get there.
