Very comfortable and convenient.

Liked: Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks are excellent
Disliked: The lifts were slow but I think this was due to repairs / renovations

We had a great stay...

Liked: Great location for site seeing and being able to walk around NYC. Lovely entrance lobby and friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: The communal kitchen/food area on the 23rd floor which is used for breakfast and evening snacks/dinner isn’t big enough for the number of occupants the room seats. The set up area of the buffet style breakfast and evening is far too small, which meant there was no real queuing space and people end of clambering all over each other. Add to this the fact the staff start clearing up around 15mins before it’s due to end. Meaning you feel like you’re being forced out. Because of this we hardly used the space after the first couple of times.I also think there should be a 24hr offering for tea and coffee or at least have these facilities in the hotel rooms. Only having this facility available at breakfast and for a few hours in the evening isn’t really a great customer experience.

Liked: Our third visit, great location and fabulous service in the restaurant/bar area. The one bedroom suites are ideal for our family group and the close proximity to the 23rd floor was ideal for using the food and drink facilities.
Disliked: The gym can only comfortably cope with four people in the weights area. On each visit, there were many available cardio machines but little or no space near the weights.

Liked: Great location, and the staff is amazing and very friendly.
Disliked: The elevators have been under construction for over a year , so it’s quite a wait usually. The rooms are also very warm and the AC isn’t available, I had to request a fan.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was perfect! Just a few blocks from everything: Central Park, Times Square, Broadway, MoMa. It was great! Breakfast and Evening bar was exceptional. Terrace balcony had lovely view. Only issue was room AC was not turned over yet. Room got a little stuffy at night even with windows open. Par for the course with spring weather. Everything else was wonderful!

Liked: We loved staying here! We loved the breakfast buffet and happy hour every day. The staff were so accommodating and the hotel was in a really great location. We do feel the rooms could have been updated a little more but other than that, we loved this hotel. Highly recommend!
