Liked: The food on the 23rd floor exceeded my expectations! I enjoyed a delightful breakfast on the patio with a stunning view of the city and ended the day with drinks and great food.
Disliked: The room did not get very cold, so I was glad to have my fan. However, I am a girl from Atlanta who likes to sleep with an AC.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning, great spread of food and a beautiful balcony to view the city from while eating. Also, it was a great location, subway entrance just outside the hotel and walking distance to central park or times square

Liked: Everything was great from arrival to checking out. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable spacious room and modern bathroom. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the aperitif in the evening that was generous. It’s in an excellent position for exploring New York in midtown and right at Broadway and close to Central Park. Excellent for solo traveler.

Liked: The location was superb
Disliked: Some of the reception staff were quite blunt. Not pleasant at all. Other staff were helpful but it’s off putting when you’re just fobbed off. Fortunately not all were like this though The breakfast and dinner were nice but everything was cold. They don’t have any means to keep things hot so it was cold. It was a good selection, just horrible cause hot food should be hot.
