Great location and nice clean...

Liked: The location is amazing! The hotel is very nice and clean, beds were super comfy. We were on a top floor and had a great view down into Times Square.
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t very strong. It was kind of stuffy in the room, even with the shades closed all day to keep out the sun, and it wouldn’t really cool down until middle of the night.

Liked: Perfect space for one and amazing views if you’re on a high floor! Nice controls too within the room and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom and though the lifts are different to anything you may have been used to before you do (strangely) get used to them and they are very quick!
Disliked: The two system lifts are fine but just a bit different and something interesting (let’s just say) to get used to. Putting that aside the room itself is perfect for 1 person but if you are two, you may struggle for space in the main room. The bathroom though is nice and big.

Disliked: One of the lady receptionist was very rude. I was in front of the queue and after waiting for a long time and when it came to my turn she asked me to ho to anither counter. Immediately after that she served an American lady who just arrived at the lobby. We were both checking out.

Liked: Very modern, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms slightly on the small side but this wasn’t really and issue.
