Staff needs some training; good technology but needs personal relation training.
Disliked: We arrived at 2:40pm, check in at 3:00pm. Told we had to wait. OK. We went to the lounge. No one waited on us. Bartender and waiter were talking and fooling around. We went to the bar and placed an order. No one brought us our order. In the meantime another patron became angry with the bartender because she was inattentive. At 3:00pm we were called for our room. We never did get our order. We brought things with us that needed to be refrigerated so we took out the contents. The day we were checking out they knocked on our door and said we used all contents of the refrigerator. We asked them to come in and check it out. We had used nothing. We went to check out. There were only two people at the desk and the line was to the outside door. I finally checked my bill and all the charges were still on for the refrigerator even though the person who checked said it would be removed immediately. It finally was removed but if I had not asked to see the bill I would have been charged an extra $300. We were thinking of staying in an Intercontinental Hotel when we go to Barcelona however after the way we were treated and the inefficiency we experienced that will not be happening.

What can I say - great location; great hotel; clean; staff very personable and extremely helpful; would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, clean and friendly...
Liked: Staff were very friendly, the hotel was in a great location, was very quiet considering how central it was. Very accessible to the subway and all the tourist attractions. Rooms spacious and the bathroom was clean. Could do with another big mirror in the room
Disliked: Our fridge was broken on arrival (we did notify and staff were helpful) also the bath kept flooding when you had a shower which made it quite slippery but it didn't ruin the experience. Bar drinks were VERY expensive. Also we asked for 2 rooms together and we were offered 6th floor and when we checked in we were on the 4th floor and quite a way from each other. Again it was fine as we only slept there really

Liked: The bar was lovely the housekeeping staff were brilliant and location was great
Disliked: The staff checking in we're lovely, Martin in particular was very professional, checking out was a different story, the lady was as rude as can be

overall, not worth it.
Liked: The cleanness of the room. the room is quiet. the location is perfect. the taxis always available.
Disliked: the lobby is small and exposed to the bar and hence so noisy and the alcohol smell all over the lobby! can't stay in the lobby. The value of money so high, I will not recommend that to anyone since there are many alternates in the same area.

Disliked: corn flakes poor miserable to present them in small boxes. Concierge does not meet expectations

Liked: Beautiful, Clean, Safe, Very Friendly Staff, Great Location for Broadway Shows, 30th Floor Very quite.
Disliked: Free Coffee Bar downstairs would be a great amenity to this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay...
Liked: Very clean, helpful, courteous staff
Disliked: When I stay in 4-5 star hotels I resent asking for Bath Gel Body Lotion and especially toilet paper and it happens frequently now.
