Liked: Fantastic! We chose it because of the location (literally 2min walk to Times Square and still very quiet, great connections to subway and many attractions) and it was one of the few hotels offering a two Queen bed room. And it did not disappoint us! Room service was excellent, one could ask anything you need. Because we stayed 11 nights we were offered to become a member of the Hyatt world and we did and got an upgrade, same room almost on the roof. Also one can visit (,for free) the bar on floor 54th every day at 10:30 with kids, unfortunately the balcony was under renovation but still could enjoy the views. The hotel staff was very friendly. There are a huge amount of restaurants around which offer take -away service, and a great Starbucks just in front to start the day with a good coffee.
