Liked: Loved the location, beds were incredibly comfortable, complimentary toiletries were high-end, espresso machine in the room was fantastic, shower was lovely, robe and slippers were a great touch!
Disliked: My fridge was broken and someone’s leftovers were still in there from another stay. My view looked straight into an office building… but that is expected. You can hear everything in the hallways while in your room, so my afternoon nap after my long flight didn’t really happen,

Liked: We started our US trip at this hotel. Tracie, who was very kind and helpful, took care of us. She gave us a beautiful room on the 21st floor with a breathtaking view. The room was clean, the beds were amazingly soft, and there was a beautiful homemade message waiting for us in the room, which we will display at home. Archer set the bar very high for our trip. Thank you.

Liked: The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. The location was perfect. Most places we visited were within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern.
Disliked: Not enough seating at the rooftop deck. But to be fair it is busy and that speaks volumes of what a great space it is :)
