Very good

Liked: I like the overall stay... clean hotel friendly staff
Disliked: Rooms were a lot smaller than I expected. I booked thru Booking.com, which means I paid thru booking. When I checked out, I paid for snacks we had gotten, and they were charged on the room. The hotel ended up charging me for the entire room on my card. I am currently trying to reach the hotel to get my money back.

Fantastic hotel, in a brilliant...

Liked: My husband and I had our first ever trip away without children, we had the best trip away! Friendly staff, great location, great bar. Fantastic little extras eg dressing gown, toiletries, cold water at reception and they were happy to store luggage.
Disliked: The size of the room was disappointing but I was aware that the majority of nyc hotel rooms are on the smaller side. Very slow charging port but glad one was offered.

Superb

Liked: Location and vibe is wonderful. We booked the Empire View Room and it was stunning however we had to stand at the window to see it as the room pillars block the view from the beds. You pay a lot for the view and it was worth it, just have realistic expectations. Staff are magnificent and so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was divine. Rooms are fabulous. Really enjoyed the stay.

Lovely hotel in great location,...

Liked: Great location, lovely breakfasts, free (and good) coffee in lobby in the mornings, comfortable rooms
Disliked: Cocktails on the rooftop bar were low quality but the waitress was great and took some money off the bill

Great location in and out...

Liked: Very friendly staff Very nice hotel Very well located TV has all Apple TV connected did not have time to use it neither to eat breakfast
Disliked: Not much Green light flashes all day everyday in the room so if you are a light sleeper not so cool
