For post-show hunger, the walkable neighborhood is packed with eateries open late. While there’s no 24/7 room service, the in-room coffee and mini-bar keep you fueled. Breakfast is available, so you can recover from a late night without leaving the hotel.

Nightlife Options

Enjoy a pre- or post-concert drink at the hotel's scenic rooftop bar, where you’ll sip cocktails with the Chrysler Building glowing in the background. Nearby, you’ll find countless bars, lounges, and live music spots—this is Midtown Manhattan, after all. Whether you're looking for a quiet whiskey or a dancefloor, you’re covered.

What People Say

Many mention the friendly staff and the clean, comfortable rooms as standout features. Travelers also love how the hotel feels like a retreat in the middle of the city's energy.

Areas for Improvement

A few guests note that rooms run small—this is NYC, after all—but the thoughtful design makes the most of the space. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a higher floor to avoid occasional street noise.

Employees are welcoming, friendly, and...

Liked: Every employee was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The employees in the restaurant where we had breakfast each day were very kind and hospitable as well! The midtown location is convenient to Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, NYC sites, and the metro. Great hotel in Midtown! I plan to return and recommend this jewel!
Disliked: Unfortunately, the rooftop bar closes much too early for a city that never sleeps. It could have stayed open to at least midnight. The outdoor deck was closed because it had rained and we were told it was too slippery to walk out on. I'd recommend applying a non-slip coating so guests could choose to go outside to enjoy the wonderful views.

I'll gladly return

Liked: The hotel itself is perfectly positioned, close to the subway with many things within walking distance. The room was spacious (by NYC standards), clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly - check in / out super easy.Bonus - it came with membership to a local gym 10 minutes walk away. For us - myself and my adult son - the place was perfect.
Disliked: I've nothing to suggest - there's so much to see and do in close proximity to the hotel that I didn't visit the rooftop bar, but perhaps if you are after the big dining experience in house there may be better options?

Lovely hotel, excellent location, but...

Liked: The hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location within walking distance of lots to see, including Times Square and also good proximity to subway stations. The staff are excellent, helpful and welcoming and any issues sorted out, albeit you may have to push a little, perhaps depending on how busy they are.Bathroom lovely and clean with daily change of towels and room tidy.Complimentary fresh tea and coffee available every morning in the comfortable reception area, which also has an accessible bar and area to get on the go breakfast snacks if you didn't want to breakfast in the onsite restaurant. Complimentary bottles of water also provided on request for whenever you like. The rooftop bar was also great with a fantastic night time view of the Empire State Building. We had a lovely stay and would stay again - BUT ONLY if just 2 of us in a room as it's too small and not equipped to comfortably accommodate 3. However you may be prepared to compromise on this aspect.
Disliked: I booked a 'Double Double Guest Room' for my stay of 3 adults as this room was advertised as suitable for 3 adults with 2 'double' beds. However these beds are small and not proper doubles so you feel pretty squished if sharing one. I wouldn't want to share one again! The rooms are very small with not enough space and wardrobe space for 3 adults. And although you can store your suitcase under the bed, as there isn't enough wardrobe space for more than 1 person, really the rest of you end up living out of your suitcase, which was a bit of a nuisance and a challenge navigating in the small space. As already said I would stay againBUT ONLY if just 2 of us in a room as it's too small and not equipped to comfortably accommodate 3 adults. The lighting in the room was far too dim for us so we had to ask for a couple of extra lamps. However the room was bright in natural daylight. The sockets in the room were also quite flimsy and no bedside table for the person next to the wall if sharing one of the doubles so nowhere to put your night time things, water, phone glasses etc. I had to ask the staff to provide something so I could access these next to me during the night.
