Liked: Location is great, I chose this hotel specifically because of its proximity to Bryant Park. Hotel staff was pleasant and they had thoughtful features such as refillable water bottles on each floor and umbrellas any time it rained.
Disliked: There are 2 elevators in this hotel, its just not sufficient. At some stages one of the elevators was out of service meaning we had to wait up to 15 minutes to get to our room. Leaving your room was the same, such a long wait for it to arrive and then it may be too full to get on so you wait again.

Liked: I loved the location. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows with fantastic view of the Bryant park. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Liked: Location was great. Lots of cafes and a supermarket nearby. Had a provisions cupboard for forgotten items like toothbrushes.
