Beautiful hotel perfectly located with...

Liked: This hotel was in the perfect spot! Beautiful Bryant park across the street, within walking distance of Broadway, 5th avenue shops, Grand Central station, restaurants and convenient subway stops. We had a room that overlooked the park and NYC library. We loved opening the balconies and listening to the music that was being played in the park. When we were ready for bed, we shut the balcony windows and could hear nothing…. So great soundproofing. The staff was helpful and friendly. They were always helpful with directions and suggestions. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for making our daughter’s -6th birthday trip so memorable.

Great hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Great location, very spacious rooms which is rare in NYC.
Disliked: The Branch restaurant/lounge is mediocre with a very limited menu and super expensive. Try and avoid it we had a couple bad experiences there.

Favorite NYC Hotel

Liked: This hotel is the best. The staff is always so friendly. They go above and beyond to take care of you. The roof top bar is the best view for an end of evening drink. Miguel at the front desk is outstanding. From the very beginning he made sure we had the right pillows, bathrobes and slippers. He even noticed it was my birthday at check in and sent us a little something special to celebrate. In such a big city, it’s nice to feel so special when returning home at the end of the day. This is my go to place in NYC

The best place to stay...

Liked: Excellent Stay – Great Location, Comfort, and Exceptional Staff!I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to New York. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, subway lines, and major attractions.The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, offering a great place to rest after a full day in the city. Everything from the bedding to the amenities met or exceeded my expectations.What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Yovanni and Arlette, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.This was not my first stay — I had already stayed here in 2023 and chose to return because of the excellent experience. I definitely plan to come back again on my next visit to NYC. Highly recommended!
Disliked: the shower floor was quite slippery, so a non-slip mat or additional grip surface might be helpful. Other than that, everything was perfect.
