Exceptional

Liked: I always checked the bed, bathroom walls, floors, and stairwells. They were impeccable. The staff was very kind and efficient. While it's in the middle of the buzz and frenzy of the city it gives you peace and quiet. There's also a hidden terrace in some units. But I think guests are not always allowed in. The breakfast was good
Disliked: I wished they would add eggs and milk to the menu. Otherwise it was great.

Liked: Hotel location is excellent and our room was very quiet especially considering where it it.Loved the fact that it was a boutique hotel - perfect size for us and no issues with waiting for the elevator.Great complimentary 'bag storage' upon arrival and departure.Room was plenty big enough, very modern and clean. Great toiletries and well stocked.Breakfast was fantastic: plenty of selection, well stocked and replenished regularly.'Wine Hour' was a great touch and a most appreciated gesture.The Pearl is a great hotel - we definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Not much really ..... the use of plastic plates and cutlery at breakfast isn't very environmentally friendly. If it was recycled or re-used this would be better.

Liked: Location, location, location. 3 subway stops, all within 3 minutes, in the heart of theatre district. Nicely decorated facility with decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Will stay here on all future visits to Manhattan!

Great MidTown Location, close to...

Liked: We booked a large queen room which had 2 double beds, a mini kitchen lounge and a large bathroom. Room was ample for what we needed. unless you are on a high floor dont be expecting a great view :-)
