Liked: location is nice, very close to Time square
Disliked: sonic isolation: we could hear the TV of the next room / no dairy product for breakfast / incompetent valet parking: I asked my car 1 hour in advance and at departure was told that they couldn't deliver it because of the NY semi-marathon... we had to go with the friendly manager of the Pearl, on foot , with our little granddaughters and all the luggage for several blocks, through the subway stairs , to get to the parking place = major lack of consideration of the customer as they knew since our arrival that we would leave on that day

Exceptional

Liked: I normally do not write reviews, but after our recent stay I had to. The staff at the hotel was increidble- they went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. They set up a car service to make sure I could get to a local race I was running. They greeted us with a smile every morning and answered any questions we had (new to NYC). The location is perfect- so close to Times Square without the noise.

Super - unless you want...

Liked: Location Location Location! Room was also waaay bigger than other hotel rooms in this area of Manhattan.
Disliked: Unfortunately breakfast was a bit poor. Mostly the plastic cutlery -not strong enough knife to spread the butter!! (I didn't book it for the gym, but I do love using the gym - this was probably the smallest and worst in any hotel!)

Liked: Fantastic stay for our 10th anniversary. We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel.

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were always refreshed when we returned.
