Liked: The staff was very attentive and friendly. The resort is in a convenient location for getting around the city--right by the Times Square subway station.
Disliked: I feel like I was oversold a bill of goods on this stay. I feel like by calling it a 'resort' it should offer more amenities than a few restaurants and a pool that only fits 15 people maximum. Also, if you are staying in at the resort, you should have some sort of discount on the restaurant or have a way to charge it to your room and you don't. The pool is also not heated.

Liked: We loved the convenience of the hotel and resort. It is literally next to everything! We did think the rooms were small but expected it since it’s the city. We booked two rooms and although they weren’t next to each other they were able to put us on the same floor.
Disliked: We loved the area, the amenities such as the pool although closes at 8pm. We loved the room service, restaurants AB’s ambiance.
