Royal Farms Arena was great. That was our first visit there!

We had awesome tickets and easy access in and out of the arena.
Liked: Great venue.

The delay in getting in then the delay processing people through the entry point were never explained. A concert due to start at 10:30PM didn't start until 11:58PM. Why the significant delay? This isn't a bad place for a concert but if these are the normal access issues we will not be back.
Liked: Garth was great.
Disliked: Wait time and processing through the ticket area were the worst we have ever experienced.

Disliked: We were very excited to see Garth Brooks. My daughter, who uses a wheelchair, is a huge fan. Royal Farms Arena was a major disappointment. The first show let out at 10. Our show was to start at 10:30. Crowd control/organization was disastrous. The venue should have planned for this mob. I didn't see a single policeman. People were standing in the streets, pushing towards two small doors. We waited over an hour in the crowd. I had asked the day before if there was a special entrance for wheelchairs, and they said no. We finally got inside the door after 1130, where people had to smash into each other to go upstairs or to the floor. I really think the venue could have gotten together with the police and tried to come up with a plan. Once we got to our seats, it turned out no one else was in a wheelchair in the wheelchair seating except my daughter. The couple next to us said they did not realize it was handicapped seating because they bought the seats from a third party. I am angry that third party sellers can take these seats away from people who need them.
