Disliked: This was our first time visiting Baltimore, and we booked this place well in advance specifically to avoid any last-minute hassles. To our shock, upon landing at the airport late in the evening, we were informed almost casually that the air conditioning in 20 rooms was out of service.This wasn’t a sudden, unpredictable breakdown. Reading other recent reviews, we discovered this exact situation has happened before, few times, and the property has done nothing to resolve it long term. Instead, they seem to be gambling with travelers’ comfort and plans, hoping guests will just deal with it once they arrive.We were left scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute in an unfamiliar city, wasting hours and adding stress to what should have been a smooth start to our trip. The lack of transparency and advance notice is unacceptable, and the fact that they knowingly keep booking guests into a property with recurring HVAC failures is inexcusable.If you value reliability, honesty, and basic guest care, stay somewhere else.

Liked: Great location close to the Inner Harbor and walking distance to everything downtown, including Orioles Park at Camden Yards. Excellent breakfast, and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Harbor view room that we had booked was not available, due to an air conditioning malfunction. 3rd floor hallway smelled terrible. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, but our room carpet was fine. “Pullout couch” on the sofa was springs only - not usable as a bed, although my son slept fine on the couch itself. Could be a great hotel with a few improvements!
