Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: Very overpriced and the restaurant should not close in the afternoon when people are checking in and are hungry.

I loved everything about the hotel. The room was amazing. All staff members were friendly, polite, and professional. And the food was amazing. Staying at this hotel should definitely be a part of your Baltimore, MD plans.

Liked: Nice room and location.
Disliked: Some unfortunate issues with the management. I arrived to the hotel around midnight. The guy at the reception, 2 meters from the transparent front door, very deliberately ignored me standing there and made me shout five times that I need to check in before finally standing up to open the door to let me it. My reservation very clearly stated that it included breakfast. At breakfast, they demanded a voucher that I was never provided while checking in. I had to go and wait for a long line for one guy at the reception to give me the voucher. The voucher covers one cold and one hot drink, and one dish on their menu.

Liked: The restaurant inside the hotel was great! The crab soup was amazing, and very friendly/attentive service. Clean room with a great view of the harbor. My favorite aspect of the hotel was the free filtered water on the floor which was so convenient. Such a plus!
Disliked: Some guests returning to their rooms late at night were noisy, but not the worst I've experienced.
