Great place to stay - comfortable beds. Good price for the area also. We went to Pier 6 for a concert and it was very convenient.

Disliked: The rooms design is a bit too old

Liked: Liked the proximity to the conference I was attending and general convenience to the downtown
Disliked: Building is old, room was old and dated, for the price I would pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

Disliked: Your staff knew very little English so I said what probably 4 times at the desk, and then they act frustrated with me as if I'm not speaking English.

Disliked: Not enough parking our front for off loading and not enough handicap parking.

Disliked: Our room was right next to the elevator which we heard anyt8me it was used

Liked: The location is great. The rooms are big and comfy.
Disliked: My room was on the 5th floor but the window faced on a terrace from which a continuous noise was coming (similar to a white noise). The staff was very kind in offering to change my room but I was just moved to the room next to the old one facing exactly the same issue.
