Renaissance by Marriott Baltimore Harborplace Hotel

Beautiful hotel; front desk staff was very efficient when checking in a long line of customers. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location! Easy access to alot of local entertainment, stores, eateries, etc. Great experience for our first stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Con - I requested, reserved and paid for a club room through ConcertHotels, but when I got to the front desk the staff had no knowledge of the premium request (lack of proper communication between ConcertHotels and the Renaissance). The front desk staff was able to accommodate the request however once I showed my itinerary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The location can't be beat. Valet parking as mentioned earlier is expensive, but there are nearby self-parking alternatives which are much less expensive if you don't mind parking your own car.

Disliked: Miscommunication between ConcertHotels and Renaissance.

Liked: The location was perfect for me! It wasn’t far from the airport and it was close to the event I came to attend which was a wedding. I arrived earlier then check in time but since a room was available they allowed me to get checked in instantly! That gave me time go to began to get ready for a wedding I had to attend at 5pm. My stay was short but I do plan on returning next time in Baltimore!
Disliked: Everything was excellent!

Disliked: I hate that to this day I still dont have my incidental fee back from my stay which was in june.
