Beautiful hotel; front desk staff was very efficient when checking in a long line of customers. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location! Easy access to alot of local entertainment, stores, eateries, etc. Great experience for our first stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Con - I requested, reserved and paid for a club room through ConcertHotels, but when I got to the front desk the staff had no knowledge of the premium request (lack of proper communication between ConcertHotels and the Renaissance). The front desk staff was able to accommodate the request however once I showed my itinerary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The location can't be beat. Valet parking as mentioned earlier is expensive, but there are nearby self-parking alternatives which are much less expensive if you don't mind parking your own car.

Disliked: Miscommunication between ConcertHotels and Renaissance.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable!

Liked: Room was fantastic. SUPER clean- as in I would let my kids play on the floor if they were with me- and that is not something I say often! Comfortable bed. Bathroom was VERY clean and updated.. felt like a spa! Overall impressed with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing I really didn't like. Halls were very long, but no inconvenience. Outside was slightly noisy, which was to be expected in the city.
