The hotel was fantastic. Staff pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood was awful. Was approached several times by someone asking for money or cigarettes. I think having a uniformed doorman to keep bad people away from the front door could help. I would stay there again tho.

Liked: The rooms and staff were fantastic.
Disliked: Getting near the hotel. Tons of people trying to check in by 4 and very little space to stop our car. But it's right in the middle of town.

Overall the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.

Disliked: The TV because I couldn't watch TV as it didn't work.

If you're going to the CFG Bank Arena, perfect location! Not too many good eateries in the area. And I was surprised the hotel bar didn't have any bar food.

Liked: The staff was helpful and cheerful. The customer service agent that checked me in and the Bartender was a delight.
Disliked: My room smelled like cigarette smoke; my television didn't work.

We were in town for the Jeff Dunham concert.

Liked: The employees were very nice and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and no problems at all.
Disliked: The area that the hotel is in is a rough part of town and a bit scary to get around. I was a bit scared. Our room was nice but the ceiling looked a little rough and also, there was a plastic bag placed around the smoke detector which I didn't understand.
