I love the hotel, will...

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel. The decor was absolutely beautiful as was my room. The hotel was walking distance to everything.
Disliked: One of the sofas in the lobby has stains on the cushion. (I have pictures) My room had spots on the carpet in some areas. There is a spot on the wall in the bathroom near the trash can. It looks like someone spilled something down the wall that was not wiped up. For me the bed was not comfortable. There were guest on our floor that made noise from 12:30am to approx. 4:30am. I wanted to call the front desk but did not want to cause trouble. There was a restaurant I believe in the lobby I guess it was for hotel guest but not sure as no one explained that.....and the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool or sauna that I know of. Oh and my room ...when you opened the curtains faced a brick wall. No breakfast.

Average hotel

Liked: In general, it was average hotel. Its location was good.
Disliked: It was a little bit noisy outside and was not super clean, it may be much better. There was also some bad smells in the corridors.

An OK experience

Liked: The hotel has large rooms with a good bed.
Disliked: The shower was not working well, and as the room was not cleaned during the whole week, we collected some material to dispose off. Also the area where the hotel is located is safe during the day, but not so safe in the evening.

It was tolerable but I...

Disliked: Check-in was a few hours late and staff were largely unapologetic. Hotel felt a bit dank.

Disappointing

Good hotel for staying in...

Liked: The room was comfortable and quite. The staff were very friendly and solved our questions.
Disliked: The room was not very clean. It was cleaned four days after our arrival, and we had to request it.
