Liked: Location
Disliked: The people at front deck. Rude as hell and treat themselves like lords. Blunt and don't know politeness in their tone or demeanour. I asked them for wake up call, but the receptionist was deep asleep when i had to leave for airport. Rooms were dingy, narrow lanes, thin paper walls like you can hear people snoring in other room.Charged my card for security and after a month I'm still following up for them to clear it but no proper response.

No Communication

Disliked: I did not get a response from the hotel concerning an emergency. The hotel did not respond professionally to my situation.The hotel is ignoring my request from booking.com and me(customer).

Good

Liked: The room was big and comfortable. Great location downtown in walking distance to everything touristy. The valet parking attendants were very friendly.
Disliked: The room smelled musty and there was an empty plastic bottle left in the room from the last guest. The toiletries in the room also did not include any hand soap.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: My room wasn’t cleaned before I arrived, couldn’t sleep because of the loud stomping and yelling from other people. Not a great experience!

Never again.

Disliked: I am still waiting for a refund from my stay in April. The manager refuses to work with booking.com to process my refund that I rightfully deserve.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant had limited hours but the food was good. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff was courteous.
Disliked: The food in the restaurant was good although the staff made many mistakes, service was slow and customers at tables were not served all the food at the same time. The bartenders were very friendly although when a drink was ordered, it was made with a substitute material (one mixer item not available) before asking prior to making he made the drink not so good, did not offer it at no charge or replace it. Coffee maker was broken, no hair dryer in room which was delivered although took at least an hour to bring up to room. Could have put more coffee in the room when there is more than one day booked.

Liked: The restaurant in the hotel and the bartender Darel provided great service and local recommendations.
Disliked: The valet parking is not included or apart of booking the hotel, which is an addictional cost.

Liked: Super great location, the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean and everything worked as it should.
