I will NEVER stay there...

Liked: The housekeeping staff was helpful
Disliked: The girl at the front desk was very disrespectful and agitated because rooms wasn’t ready so she took it out on the customers waiting in the lobby. Kept telling us to go sit down. Wasn’t able to check in until 3:45 I asked to see the manager and she claim to be the manager which I found out later she wasn’t.

Liked: The front desk were very responsive, but ultimately unable to help me.
Disliked: Horrible stay. The 1st room I was in the toilet didn't work and I had to switch rooms at 9pm. The New room I got moved into was not better. The bathroom was a mess with toilet paper on the floor, wet washcloth in the shower, and body wash container missing. One side lamp by the bed was missing. The freezer in the mini fridge was all iced over. Room was never cleaned in the 3 nights I stayed. Never addressed issues in the bathroom. Tried to speak with a manager multiple times and they were never available.
