Guests love the location — just minutes from the harbor, entertainment, and public transport. Reviews also rave about the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and stunning water views from select rooms. Many note how easy it is to get to and from concerts without the need for a car.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that the décor is slightly dated in places and that valet parking can be pricey. However, most agree the service and location more than make up for these minor quirks.

Very Good - 4.0 out of 5

Melissa S, Silver Spring, visiting CFG Bank Arena Sat, 6 July 2024

The Hyatt Regency at the Inner Harbor is the perfect place to stay if you're seeing an act at the CFG Arena. The hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced and an easy 10-minute walk to the arena. Highly recommend!

Liked: Bed and room was very comfortable; food at restaurant very good.
Disliked: There was a problem with our door lock and it took quite a while before we could settle in. Check out was very long. Black out curtains in room had a lot of holes in them - should be replaced.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Michael S, Harrisburg, visiting CFG Bank Arena Mon, 21 August 2023

Concert was great; hotel sucked.

Liked: Fresh water in the lobby.
Disliked: Front desk was a hot mess checking me in; security came to my room three times; phone calls in the middle of the night from security; other people walked in while we were getting dressed for the concert; hotel manager came to my room twice; worst experience I had at a hotel ever, considering this is a Hyatt Regency.

Catherine M, Baltimore, visiting CFG Bank Arena Mon, 17 July 2023

We stayed at Baltimore Inner Harbor check-in 7/14 out 7/16. Booked a king harbor view. Room was not avail. We were placed on the 7th fl w/view of a wall and broken air cond. We were moved to a queen. The floor was filthy, ice maker broken, door would not lock, made 3 req to have rm refreshed on 7/15. 12AM, found new towels just thrown on our unmade bed. Had NO toiletries to shower! Absolutely unacceptable to treat any guest in such a manner!

Pleasant - 3.0 out of 5

Eileen, Trent, visiting CFG Bank Arena Mon, 17 July 2023

Hotel was not prepared for all of the events that weekend. Not the experience I expected staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: The room was very nice, however, the king size I booked well in advance was not available. We took a queen size room because it was after 4pm and we needed to get ready for the show. Not much of a choice.
Disliked: Total chaos at the pool bar. Didn't order food. Two hour wait.
