Amazing view, large rooms, wonderful...
Liked: Beautiful view of harbor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms look just like the pictures even with slippers and robe. View from window in room amazing. Free Coffee machine 24/7 was amazing. Hot tea and ice tea also free. Mini fridge in room. Great location/ walk to almost everything!
Disliked: Needs microwave.

Excellent getaway for a couple...
Liked: The staff was super nice! Place was very clean and it’s a very quiet and pleasant area. Waterfront views are very nice.
Disliked: Parking outside is a little tricky.

Great location for Fells Point...
Liked: The continental breakfast was perfect way to start the day. The rooms were spacious and quiet.
Disliked: The bed was a little firm for me, but otherwise was fine.

Liked: Excellent location and value. Room was large and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Snacks and breakfast could be enhanced.

Great Shower!
Liked: Great location and a good shower
Disliked: OK, Decent shower but I just wanted to get your Attention for the 1*DO NOT LIE TO YOUR GUESTS!*Tried to shorten a day due to one couple getting into a bad car accident 3 days earlier. was denied because they were booked? LIE!*LIED about cable. Cable wasn't working in my room so they so they switched my room. oh wait, but they couldn't change my res because they we're booked? LIE Staff confirmed that they were not booked. the cable kept going out in the new room too. I had to reset the TV 5 times, I counted. then in the morning I just turned it off. Then I find out from the maintenance guy that it happens All the time.At least he was honest! so the people I talked toalready knew and played dumb. LIED!*Manager didn't reach out. I informed the man when he was looking @ my DTV box about my frustrations about no heater or blankets, not being able to shorten my stay...but there was Obvious frustration. He told me the manager would be in at around 10, if I wanted to talk to her. I declined because I didn't want to wait around on my trip. I'm pretty sure he would have mentioned something to the manager because he just seemed like he genuinely cared. Obviously the hotel manager would check in with the staff to see how the day is going. Well, one would think. So did she just blow it off? I know, speculation!*THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY OUT! No patio door and the Windows are sealed shut so you Can't open them. Or at least I couldn't find a way.? Room is on the Ground level! DOOR! or maybe die.* No blinds on the windows only shutters. Sun rises right in your face.No need for a wake up call.*No heater or extra blankets? was cold at night and there was only a sheet and a thin blanket. I ended up putting on more cloths to warm up. Too annoyed @ 1AM and knew I wouldn't be nice if I called the front desk.*I agree with keeping a hotel clean but vacuuming @ 8:15 AM? no need for a wakeup call. Hospitality requires common sense!

Liked: It was right on the water.
Disliked: Couldn’t walk around the property outside because there was a chain link construction fence blocking access.
