Disappointing
Liked: The room was a good size with a separate living room area for overflow. It had everything you would expect including a full sized ironing board and iron. The homemade cookies and flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch, although they weren't available on the weekend, which makes no sense??? The breakfast was better than I expected. The valet worked well and our car was retrieved quickly.
Disliked: We asked to have our rooms cleaned and that never happened... we had to go down to the lobby ourselves to pick up clean towels and sheets for the second day. FYI, they clean the rooms every other day and if you want it cleaned in-between you will be charged!!There was only one elevator working which was very problematic on Sat. am when a lot of people were leaving to get to activities... lots of people waited for more than 4 elevators to pass before they could get on one!The breakfast was surprisingly good, although both am's they ran out of coffee and we waited a long time for a new brew. On Sun. am the young woman was alone working a busy breakfast, and she did an amazing job, although it was tough for her.The bathroom should have a door to close it off from the room... when you use the sink you can't help but disturb anyone else in the room and there is no privacy when you leave the shower area.

Canceled our reservation due to...
Disliked: There was an issue with the card that we had on file with Booking.com. When the hotel went to run the deposit the day of, it was declined so they canceled our reservation. Despite the fact that they sent us a check in email, the Marriott never reached out to tell us we no longer had a room there. So we showed up to find out that they canceled our reservation and they were all sold out. The staff suggestion was to just walk around and find another hotel, in the rain. No one at booking.com or the Marriott assisted us in any way. The only place with rooms in the area we were staying was TWICE the price. It was a complete disaster.

Would probably never stay there...
Liked: I liked that the rooms were large.
Disliked: The bathrooms were dated + dirty (hair, lint) . The towels had hair on them + stained. And the hotel entrance + the bathroom reeked of weed. The hotel also tried to double charge us on one night of parking( though they waived the fee after we filed a complaint to the Manager) and also charged a credit card we did not want to be charged after we informed them at check in that we’d be paying with a different card at check out.
