Liked: Bell staff and check in staff and maids were wonderful
Disliked: The restaurant was highly disappointing. For that type of restaurant the food service and wait staff were sub par. For a $300 dinner we had the wait staff salt our salad instead of adding pepper making it not edible. Our steak came out cold. The restaurant was basically empty so I’m not sure why the service was subpar. Additionally the whiskey room bar tender was obnoxious and was off putting.

Disliked: There was a server that brought my card back in front of 10 of my guests and said “sir your card was declined, you’ll need to use another card” places the bill back on the table and walks away.Since the bill was $1500 it triggered fraud on my Business card. I spoke with Amber the manager on duty. This was so unacceptable and rude no one could believe it. I did not give the hotel a poor rating because of this one individual. However, this left a stain on my experience.
