Will not stay there again

Liked: Im having a problem with the property the food from room service was not prepared as we asked. I brought back to the front desk i still have not received a refund as of yet.The manager was supposed to give me a refund.I have left them several messages.
Disliked: Customer service

Exceptional!

Liked: From the moment we walked in the door we were “in love”. This hotel was everything you want when traveling. We were seeing a show at the Hippadrone and it was just a short walk. The staff was exceptional! They had coffee, a bar and restaurant! The bed was super comfy! Overall fabulous stay!
Disliked: More free hersheys kisses
