It was so hot in the venue, had to change down into a tank top. I’m guessing this venue doesn’t have the best circulation. But we still had a great time!

The auditorium itself is old, majestic and lovely. The acoustics were great. The seats were comfortable. The Boston Pops were outstanding.

Other than the difficulty and expense of parking near the Auditorium, it is an overall beautiful experience regardless of what is performed. The concession services are quite nice and the personnel always friendly, courteous and helpful.
Liked: The venue is beautiful and elegant. No matter what I see there it is always a thrill to be in that auditorium.
Disliked: The lighting is terrible. I had to use the flashlight on my iPhone to read the program. Also, the seats were originally installed when people's rear ends were smaller than mine. Lastly there is only one unisex handicapped bathroom on the main floor which proves to be frequently occupied.

Beautiful theater. The seats and spacing between the rows were really comfortable. Usually in older theaters you feel cramped, but this was quite comfortable. Saw a musical play, but I'm not sure if it was the acoustics of the theater, or the equipment of the theatrical troupe that was making it a little hard to hear. It was opening night, so maybe it got better for the next show.

I had not been to the auditorium in twenty five years. Forgot how good the sound could be. Great place to see a concert.
