Disliked: Booked for 2 people but the room was set for only one person and it was not pleasant at all. Breakfast is included but actually it’s only ’partially’ included, they give you only 25 usd to spend at their cafe or restaurant.

Disliked: found an old used nicotine vape pen inside of a folded up extra blanket.. makes me question cleanliness

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and the room was very quiet compared to other hotels. Very convenient to parking garage and was happy to receive discounted parking fee from the hotel.

I would stay every time in Chicago
