Could of been better

Liked: Rooms clean
Disliked: The lady at the desk told me that we had to wait to 4pm and another person at the desk told me are room was ready at 2pm so I felt like the lady at the desk purposely had us wait in the lobby because she didn’t like us

Great location, amazing staff

Liked: Location is great. It was the best price for such a big room right in the Loop. Walking distance to almost everything. Staff have been so kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Need more elevators maybe

Liked: This place was amazing. The rooms are updated and have alot of space. Location was awesome and the staff was amazing!!! I cant wait to stay here again!!!!
Disliked: I really loved everything! The only thing i would say is more breakfast options but even then I was pleased!

Decent but not sure we...

Liked: It was clean. staff was very nice. Location was decent, close to or walking distance to most things.
Disliked: Ground level was strange vs coming into lobby from street. Room was small and a corner room - could hear everything and everyone, so loud.. Breakfast nothing great. Got stuck in elevator- so traumatizing but they were willing to discount which I appreciated that kind gesture after such a scary situation

Disliked: Sadly, there was no waffle maker at the breakfast spread! That would’ve completed the morning lineup!
