Great

Liked: The location is great, you can walk to most of the places in the downtown. It takes 5-min walk to the closest metro station. The room was clean and seems to be newly renovated. The breakfast was great, there are so many variety. In some previous comments, it was mentioned that "no breakfast left" even during the breakfast times. That was not the case during our stay. The staff was always there to refresh the breakfast during the breakfast time. All the staff was very nice and kind. Thank you so much!
Disliked: No negative comment for the hotel. The only negative comment is the weather, be prepared for a windy and rainy weather if you are vising Chicago during the spring season.
