Disliked: Was disappointed we could not have cocktails on the 16th floor balcony. It did not seem that preference was given for overnight guests vs. the general public.

Liked: The very best thing was the blackout curtains! You press a button on the wall and the curtains move to complete blackout. So awesome! A close second on what I liked best was the luxurious bedding. It made for a very comfortable night of sleep!!

Liked: Top notch property with good service.
Disliked: There was hair in the bath room and the new new room service menu was confusing. It listed all breakfast coming with coffee and juice but only a couple actually did. It should be easily displayed which items include coffee and juice.
