Overall great, will come back....

Liked: The property has the best location and the one bedroom suite was incredible. It is spacious and has all the luxuries of home to make you feel comfortable.
Disliked: When we first arrived and checked-in, staff changed our room to a lower cost room and did not inform us (compared to what we booked). When we arrived in the room and called down it took them a long time to find out why. Turns out because we arrived early they changed us because it allowed us to check in immediately. However, we were not informed, given the choice (as we would have declined as to stay in our originally booked room), and it was a lower charge room but they did not issue a refund. That part of the experience was less than desirable but after that the stay was exceptional.
