Liked: Good and very big room

Clean room, convenient location

Liked: Room was clean, hotel was conveniently located in downtown area.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft. I didn’t like there was a $250 credit card hold for incidentals in addition to cost of room. Also, bottled water cost was $6 and not free.

Great memories for a bachelorette...

Liked: Friendly staff and good rooms. Breakfast was very good! Arrived early and was able to check in free of cost!
Disliked: Location was nice however not very close to a lot of the main attractions, and not many bars near by if that is what you are looking for.

Great stay in Chicago

Liked: Great location. Three blocks away from State St (full of stores - Chicago Theatre) Walking distance from all attractions. Metro station close by. Clean, ample rooms. Comfortable beds. Love the lemon, strawberry, cucumber flavored waters they provide in dispensers in the lobby. Breakfast is ok. After a few days is becomes pretty repetitive.
Disliked: Two days in a row my kids room was not cleaned. If you enjoy your latte in the morning, heat your milk in your room and take it to breakfast No hot milk is provided so latte turns into Frappuccino really fast.

Great spot for sports and...

Liked: The room was great, loved having the kitchen. Breakfast was a great spread, lots of variety. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Perfect spot for jumping on the bus to get to sports at the United Center. Easy walking distance for shops and attractions.
Disliked: Only minor complaint would be the shower, water pressure wasn't great. But wouldn't stop me from staying here again.
