Good value, great staff, not...

Liked: The staff, especially the two ladies working during the evening, were amazing!! Made my trip!! The hotel was nice, funky and clean. Location is great!
Disliked: My only complaint is that the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. I found them very hard and didn’t sleep well.

Awesome getaway location!

Liked: Breakfast was great. This is a very "hip", fun place to stay. The location was excellent. We appreciated the extra time for late checkout which is always a bonus! We only booked one night but changed our plans after that and stayed a second!
Disliked: The parking situation is difficult and expensive, just an expectation in Chicago, I guess. However, offering a vouchure or validate for part of the cost would be VERY HELPFUL and definitely set you above the rest. A couple of other hotels in the area do that for part of the cost and it makes a big different for the planning and budget on getaways!

Great hotel!

Liked: I liked the big bed, the technology and clean room. Also, the small size of the room makes you think that you really don’t need more space than that.
Disliked: I assumed I had a room with a river view/city view since that is what I booked (apparently not) through booking. At least, those are the photos posted.
