Love this hotel! Great place to stay if going to see Hamilton - a block away. Great price and the hotel is super cool :)

Liked: Fun and updated decor; friendly, efficient staff; enjoyable happy hour in the lounge; proximity to CIBC Theatre; wonderful restaurant - Steadfast, not affiliated with hotel but in same building, plus fun rooftop bar in the Kimpton.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel with great location....

Liked: The public rooms were comfortable. The bedroom was also comfortable but the rooms are rather dark.
Disliked: Housekeeping. On a six night stay they had to be reminded on three days to service the room, and on one occasion they said it was too late in the day to do so (4.00 p.m). After prolonged phone calls they did agree to do the work.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: We loved it! We liked the historic details of the hotel, the high ceilings and lots of light in the shared spaces… The Fillmore restaurant on the ground level was excellent. We really enjoyed having our coffee in the morning in the lounge space.
Disliked: Limited amenities… The room was a bit small and had a small window. We had to call for maid service and they didn’t show up until the afternoon when we were in the room. I would like maid service to be automatic without having to ask for it.

Comfortable urban stay but not...

Liked: Loved the bed, bathroom, and gym facilities. Bathrobes and wonderful smelling bath supplies are consistently great at Kimpton. I also enjoy the free wine during happy hour and good coffee in morning
Disliked: Location isn’t wonderful; there was a lot of construction noise in the morning. Also — our room layout, although a king deluxe, was odd and didn’t have a couch, comfy chair, etc. Very awkwardly laid out and not conducive to feeling cozy, though decor was very nice. Also breakfast at restaurant was very slow.
