On a recent visit to this cinema to watch fame i approached a very helpful blonde member of staff, she ran through what time the film was on through out the day. she recomended buying tickets now for later, and pointing me in the direction of where to but the tickets, this was all very nice of her. We was then served by a gentleman who i can only describe as the most miserable man i have ever encountered, quite a contrast to the young lady, he was so rude. after buying our tickets i then went back to the lady i had previously spoken to to ask if i can speak to a manager due to the gentlemans attitude she called for a manager on a walkie talky and the reply was i am busy. i shall not be returning here again
