Best Western Abbots Barton Hotel

Very good

Liked: Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Loved the whirlpool bath.Convenient location to the centre of the town.
Disliked: Our room was on 3rd floor and furthest from lift. No view - only the building site. We were only told about the renovation work after we paid. Building site noise all day until 5pm. The tables outside were not clean as no one had bothered to wipe them down.

Excellent staff, lovely hotel, brilliant...

Liked: Natalia and housekeeping did an amazing job of preparing our room, which was ready early and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and the refurbished areas look very good.
Disliked: Nothing - it was a great place to stay.

Disliked: Despite refurb reception told me they have no plans to install EV charging facilities. This seems very short sighted.
