Great location and nice room.

Liked: Location is great, room spacious and very well presented.
Disliked: Staff on reception really were apathetic. Told us access to the room was via the door down the path, which ended with us wondering round a different part of the building unable to find the door number.Correct information was access was via 2nd door. This was not helpful and created stress as our care was parked in a short term bay whilst we searched the wrong area aimlessly!

Great hotel : we’d definitely...

Liked: Very convenient and central location. We ordered a bigger room and it was plenty spacious for our stay. The room was nicely decorated, clean, had a good shower and space to hang clothes. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental but plentiful.
Disliked: No shelf in the bathroom to store toiletries.

Liked: The hotel was in a brilliant location. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel let us leave our luggage until check in.
Disliked: Although fans were provided the room was very hot.

Liked: Amazing location right in Canterbury town centre, just walking distance from Westgate gardens, the Cathedral and Roman museum and shops The room was large and suited for my parents and me
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit run down and lacked eggs sausage and many options, the room could have been a little cleaner
