This award-winning B&B is a 13th-century manor house with large rooms with attached bathroom many original features and plenty of charm and luxury. Molland Manor House Bed & Breakfast is located in a country village between Sandwich and Canterbury. Sandwich is 2 miles away and the ferry ports at Dover are easily reached by car. the property is set behind ancient lime trees in 2.5 acres of beautiful grounds. It is surrounded by farmland but the center of the nearest village is just 5 minutes' walk away. Inside each of the spacious bedrooms there is an private bathroom with a shower and White Company toiletries. There is also full Sky TV and BT Sports package a DVD player a fridge and a microwave in the rooms. All have a seating area with views of the garden. On arrival at Molland House you can enjoy tea and homemade scones. Families with children of any age are welcome. There is plenty of choice at breakfast including a full English breakfast and Eggs Benedict. Fresh fruit salad juice breads and freshly baked pastries preserves a choice of fresh coffee a hot chocolate and a variety of 15 teas. Sandwich Town is 2 miles from the property while the port of Dover is 15 miles away.

Liked: We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin lodge over the weekend. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so friendly and attentive. It really felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.One of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting in the hot tub and watching the horses being trained in the distance. It was so peaceful and surreal, like something out of a movie. We probably could’ve stayed there all day.The nearby village was beautiful too—charming and quiet, with that kind of small-town feel that makes you want to slow down and just enjoy the moment.It was exactly the kind of relaxing escape we were hoping for. We’d absolutely love to come back.

Really enjoyable with helpful hosts...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice. Lovely fruit salad, yogurt, cereals, pastries and choices of cooked breakfast.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful surroundings, nice peaceful and quiet. Dog friendly and loads of routes to walk locally. Tracy and Steve very helpful and informative of what to do / eat etc in the area. Beautiful breakfast, so nice and filling, we cancelled lunch and had a lovely long walk pegwell bay which is close by. Toiletries, chocolates, tea, coffee, fridge microwave and kettle all available In the very comfortable room. Would definitely come again
