Great stay though bed was...

Liked: Great location near to everything
Disliked: Room small and small bed

Very good

Liked: The location was excellent. Decent enough continental breakfast. There are plenty of establishments within walking distance if you want a cooked breakfast. Fan provided in room as it was very warm.
Disliked: Had to wander around the hotel to find a staff member to check in or check out. 2 bulbs in bathroom blown. 11am checkout seems a bit early.

Love this hotel - 2nd...

Liked: Lovely hotel. Based in the high street so very convenient to all the lovely sites Canterbury has to offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Offer a discount on parking with local city council car park near by.
Disliked: Room decor is a little dated and could do with a little upgrade.
