Great place for a stopover...

Liked: Room was very comfy but very hot, despite having a fan and the window open, but it was exceptionally hot weather.We ate in the restaurant in the evening and all the food was absolutely delicious, as was the breakfast the next morning.Staff were all lovely and very friendly and helpful.Location is perfect, not far from the Eurotunnel and right next door to a park and ride which was great for seeing Canterbury the next day without having to worry about driving into the city.

Disliked: Family room was very dated, kids bed was incredible uncomfortable, more like an old spring mattress and we couldn't leave the window open on a very hot day as the window led to a very busy road.

A pleasant night’s stay but...

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room was very mosur - main road. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff were apathetic and generally uninterested in customers. A real shame .

Liked: The hotel was in a great location. Good food and rooms and the staff were super friendly and gave excellent service.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for me but I understand that's my preference, not everyones.
