A nice quiet stay on...

Liked: Great location on the beach road, we were provided with a clean comfortable room on a lower floor as we requested. The room was a good size and the bed extra-large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was tasty and very generous. The room included coffee tea and hot chocolate plus an iron and ironing board. A large tub with lots of hot water was a real luxury (and you also had the option of a shower). Plenty of towels that were renewed daily.
Disliked: There is no lift and all the rooms are above ground level. If you need assistance, be sure to mention it and staff will help you with your luggage. The WIFI was either very good or completely absent.

Good stay, slightly disappointing than...

Liked: Lovely visit once again, fast check in and good room with view.
Disliked: We travelled with a toddler and required a small sippy cup of milk, happy to pay but found it extremely steep for half a cup of milk for £2.50. The bartender told me they don't have much milk so will need to charge. Don't stay on a Friday or Saturday night, loud drunks laughing and shouting disturbed out sleep several times. Was a warm evening so windows were open.

Ok for a one night...

Liked: Great location , handy for the ferry, friendly, helpful staff. Clean & comfortable bed . Excellent toilet facilities in reception.
Disliked: Bathroom needs updating, shower was slow & hot then cold then hot again. Aircon needs updating or moving near bed as was in full & not very powerful. Continental offering poor. Very small croissant, no selection of pastries , breads or yoghurts . Only a bowl of yoghurt.

Liked: Lovely little hotel right on the sea front
Disliked: Room was a little dated pillows could do with replacing was a little hard for me personally. Only stayed one night so wasn’t a problem.

Liked: We enjoyed walking around deal as we always do the Dunkley is convenient and it’s pleasant to sit outside in the evening and day time the people are nice we found parking in Sainsbury’s for the whole stay for only £10 something which was good as the Dunkley Hotel don’t tell you this.
Disliked: The room location could’ve been better as we were back or on the side I don’t know as it overlooks the bar and the kitchen back door not a very nice for you , plus in the evenings when they were emptying the bottles in the bins you could hear it all only one window opened in the room one of the window was like a bathroom window so you couldn’t see out plus it didn’t open . At breakfast if you wanted croissants or yoghurts you have to ask for them they wasn’t put out on the table with the cereals, The overall breakfast could’ve been a bit more nicer on the second morning the bacon was undercooked, the coffee also could have been better .
