Liked: The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The carpet in the room felt dirty and was stained. The wardrobe did not accommodate longer length clothes, there was no chair in the room or any hooks to hang outside coats. No extractor in the bathroom and the mirrors steamed up,the radiator in the bathroom there was no way to turn it down just on or off.

Liked: The location was ideal.
Disliked: The hotel was shabby and my room was dirty. There was no tv remote. The bed was uncomfortable and the window in the bathroom didn’t stay shut. I had scrambled eggs at breakfast one of the days and they were so buttery I couldn’t eat them. I definitely wouldn’t stay again or recommend to family and friends because it was very expensive for what you got.

Liked: The location - overlooking the sea. Our bathroom was amazing space wise - no cramped shower and plenty of room for toiletries etc. Lovely decor throughout. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The location - we had a town view room so there was noise at night. Some heavy use areas like staircases were looking a bit tired.

Liked: The Room (recently refurbished), the view over the bay/seafront, the bar, breakfast (excellent choice and quality)

Great location, mixed experience

Liked: Convenient beachfront location with nearby amenities. Strong water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff and nice breakfast with beautiful views.
Disliked: Dated room with old furniture and stained carpets and walls. Dark specks in the bath. Somewhat misleading photos compared to the actual room condition. Price not justified for the experience.
