Beautiful stay in Ramsgate

Liked: The deco was stunning. We had a sea view from our roomHad dinner in the restaurant- was delicious.

Overcharged as Scaffolding was spoiling...

Liked: I did like that the location was close to the seaside
Disliked: As improvements an important aspect is the hospitality. All customers are important and should be treated with kindness and respect doesn't matter what nationality may have or what other responsibilities may the staff have. It's also important to feel welcomed when you fist step into the accommodation.
