Birmingham Arena - great venue for concerts etc.; good eating places, albeit slightly pricey; good seats.
Liked: Excellent concert; ELO were amazing; great seats; all very professional.
Disliked: Not one thing.

Went to see Bruno Mars at Barclaycard Arena; very nice venue with lots of food choice.
Liked: The location of the arena.
Liked: Very good; high quality merchandise; lovely building design. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Ate in the Ed's Diner and the food was delicious.
Disliked: Was quite confusing trying to figure out which way to get in. Lots of people trying to get merchandise!

Liked: Very good venue; will come again.
Disliked: Seats could allow for extra leg room.
Overall good venue. But more signs needed to show people to the correct seats.
Liked: Really enjoyed Status Quo - non stop music.
Disliked: We arrived early so were able to find our seats no problem. But those who arrived after the lights went out struggled to find their seats. No direction signs for AA etc. rows at bottom of stairs. Then the lights to show the rows do not light up the letters for the rows. People were very confused, as were we at the end of the row - it was putting us off watching Chas and Dave.

I went yesterday to the NIA to watch the Cirque du Soleil show, which was fantastic and which everyone walked out of amazed. I have also been on numerous occasions before this when watching various shows (e.g. Disney on Ice and High School Musical on Ice). All perfomances and shows have been fantastic and well worth the money. The only downside is that considering the tickets for the shows are often quite steep, the seating does not reflect this in the amount of leg space. Yesterday i spent the whole show sitting akwardly at an angle to fit my legs in, which made for an uncomforftable and slightly painful drive home. Therfore i would give this venue a 7/10, which would certainly rise to a 9, if the seating space was improved.
Liked: Super Shows
Disliked: Limited Leg Space
