Ideally located. Staff friendly and polite. Clean room and facilities. Will be back.

When we got to the hotel we realised the wrong one had been booked but the staff did what they could to book us in to the correct one. Extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

It is a decent hotel but could be better. It could be cleaner and the breakfast is very poor.

Liked: Central location; good shower.
Disliked: Breakfast very limited; room not that clean.

Liked: Nice location by canal and very easy access to NIA.

Liked: clean beds. easy check in and great location right inside the mailbox. restaurants and Tesco right outside for all your essential needs. staff were also thorough with check in and going over requirements
Disliked: no discounted parking available anymore which they didn’t specify. so if you park your car at the mailbox you will be paying full price

Liked: Worse hotel I ever stayed in …. Went there because of my partner birthday …. They also need £50 on the day you stay as a deposit that you will not smoke in the room … which they have not stated in the policy …. Also staff kept accusing me of smoking in the room that my music was to loud ….. uncomfortable bed …..

Great staff, modern hotel, AC...

Liked: The mister at the reception was incredibly friendly and funny and welcoming, he really contributed to the joy of my stay. The hotel is 10 min walking to the city center, a little bit uphill. 5 minutes to the Chinese quarter and gay village. Restaurants and supermarket are adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious, modern and comfy.
Disliked: The room was very warm and I could not set the AC despite multiple attempts to cool down the room, it always jumped back to 21°C, so during the night the temperature was not comfortable.

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect position for the city centre, restaurants and the Alexandra theatre. It was very clean and we wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again. Friendly staff and good check in experience.
Disliked: Paid for breakfast and it was fair at best. Overpriced at £12 each especially as the melon and pineapple had seen better days. No beans and when requested it took so long for them to come out we'd eaten the rest of our breakfast. Not really many items to keep stocked up on so disappointed in that. Would use the small cafe next time. Chair in room 215 looking very well worn, the only downside in the room.
