Ideally located. Staff friendly and polite. Clean room and facilities. Will be back.
Liked: Location and parking close by. AC Hotel was ideally located for the O2 Academy.

When we got to the hotel we realised the wrong one had been booked but the staff did what they could to book us in to the correct one. Extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

It is a decent hotel but could be better. It could be cleaner and the breakfast is very poor.
Liked: Central location; good shower.
Disliked: Breakfast very limited; room not that clean.

Great experience despite the COVID
Liked: Had a great experience at the hotel despite the Covid-19 circumstances. This is all thanks to the staff at the hotel, namely Luca, Albert, Michaela (as well as others but forgotten the names!) who did all they could to make the stay enjoyable.
Disliked: Chromecast was unfortunately not working, so had to watch tv shows on the laptop instead

Disliked: This current stay wasn't good... arrived at 12.30 past midnight but was not impressed with the TV not working.. called the member of staff from reception who came to my room and wasn't able to maintain social distance and he had to spend over 10 minutes in my room trying to fix the TV which wouldn't connect to my phone.... after going and investigating the problem... the member of staff had said that the entire building had that issue so he had told me with full confidence that I will receive a compensation since it was one of the main reasons that I booked A.C. Marriott to enjoy my show before I sleep. The next morning I mentioned it to the member of staff at reception while checking out and he had mentioned that there isn't any sort of compensation for TV not working since it isn't one of the facilities that you offer with the room... but looking at the booking... the facilities do include TV which was a annoying.

Liked: Friendly staff. Helpful with where cud get food. You ordered outsourced and delivered to your room.Nice location close to city centre train station.
Disliked: The TV would not switch off, so had this bright light from the 50inc screen TV and that made it very difficult to sleep. I eventually got out of bed and ran my finger along the edges to locate Off switch well found it and manually turned the TV off. Lost 3 hrs sleep. Then woke up to a power cut no fault of the Hotel but I missed breakfast and had to wait bout 3hrs before l could shower.
