When we got to the hotel we realised the wrong one had been booked but the staff did what they could to book us in to the correct one. Extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

It is a decent hotel but could be better. It could be cleaner and the breakfast is very poor.

Liked: Central location; good shower.
Disliked: Breakfast very limited; room not that clean.

Liked: Amazing location. We were upgraded to a canal view room, which was a lovely touch. Room was very comfortable, clean and modern.
Disliked: Full size pillows. They seemed a little small.

Liked: Great cleanliness and so comfy and accommodating and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again
Disliked: The only comment i’d make is it’s very thin walls and i felt like i could hear everything around me including other rooms and outside which kept me awake a little bit.
