Really well organised for such a big event … all stewards kept the crowds moving going in/out of the venue.

Disliked: Nothing.

First time visitor, and was expecting so much more. Tiered seating - with people standing/dancing - felt as though it was close to collapse. Audio was rotten, even for a music concert; technicians clearly just going through the motions, with no fine tuning. But biggest gripe was the prices: nearly £8 for a pint, and £15.70 for an industrial, mass-produced, heated up cheeseburger and fries. Seriously, an absolute joke. Even if my favourite act were to appear at this venue, I'd be very unlikely to go.
Liked: Not a huge amount, sadly.
Disliked: Acoustics / food and drink prices.

Disliked: Prices of drinks.

If you want to see a real Metal rock band then go and see Iron Maiden - the band totally rocked and the Utilita was the perfect venue. It was well organised, the staff friendly and facility’s were great - plenty of choice for drinks.
Liked: Iron Maiden.
Disliked: The support act.

Nice venue. Lots of staff on hand. Drink machines only took cash! This day and age should be card!
Liked: The End. Went with my partner who wanted to go.
Disliked: Wasn't a fan of the group; my partner is!

Good accessible venue for a concert - usual high prices for services inside.
Liked: Venue access; the band.
Disliked: Queues for the toilets.

Very easy to find especially as we went on public transport; the tram made it so easy; loved the atmosphere both outside and inside; food and drinks are pricey but that's Broad Street for you. Getting to our seats and getting out after the concert was quite easy; music was loud but not too loud; absolutely brilliant from start to finish; will definitely go there again.
Liked: First of all Sir Elton John was amazing; seats were fine for me but my husband didn't have much room for his long legs but was okay; we stayed cool; lighting was great; the big screen helped especially as everybody was standing/dancing including myself.
Disliked: Nothing was dissapointing.
