Stayed 1 night for a concert. Hotel was great. Lovely clean room; comfortable bed; pleasant staff and lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Close to all Birmingham has to offer.

Liked: Very clean. Staff were great, especially China. Room was comfy, air con was useful. Shower was lovely! Breakfast was fab! All in all, a really good experience
Disliked: Literally the only thing I can pick at is the lack of tv channel options. But I wasn’t there to watch tv, so who cares?!
