Hyatt Regency Birmingham

We stayed for one night as we attended the Take That concert, and I chose that hotel because it was very close to the Arena and easy to get to from the railway station.

Liked: We stayed for one night only. It was very nice, and close to the Utilita Arena. The room was large and the receptionist gave us a room with the canal view.
Disliked: The one thing that I did find irritating was the fact that we had to pay for breakfast. The hotel was not cheap in the first place.

Liked: Staff were great & very helpful. Offered us another room when TV didn't work but would have been without view.
Disliked: Feel each room should be fit for purpose, checked daily at cleaning with everything functioning & fixed before guests arrive or not used. Would not have expected this of such an upmarket expensive hotel.
