Exceptional

Liked: We stayed at Delta Hotel Birmingham for one night to see a concert. Hotel lovely and clean. Staff was very polite professional and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and again the two people working could not do enough for us.I must name Khalil at Reception. He was really professional approachable and friendly. If they had employee of the month then I would recommend him.

Very pleased, would book again...

Liked: Very comfortable beds, very clean and quiet, peaceful
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like. Being lactose intolerant I would have appreciated some oat milk sachets in the room to make a coffee with. But that's only a very minor suggestion

Disliked: The room layout was poor. The tv was on the side of the room. Only one chair. Watching tv was not easy having to lay in bed and watch sideways
