Liked: The staff always go above and beyond, the rooms are lovely, beds and pillows are super comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect!

Couldn't fault this hotel.. 5*...

Liked: Manager on arrival acknowledged us before we did him. He took my sons medical equipment off of me and offered myself and my children an easter egg and made us feel very welcome. He also went behind the scenes and then approached us discreetly with a PEEP form as my son has complex medical needs which made me feel at ease if there was an emergency. He also took all our bags onto a luggage trolley and took us up to our room. This all took the added stress away of travelling as a single parent with two children, one of whom is disabled. Reception staff were also very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: No free WIFI. Maybe a couple more sundries in the rooms to accommodate occupancy levels please. However reception were very helpful on provide more of these on request. Maybe parking needs explained better also with the option of the mailbox carpark would really benefit potential clientele as this was my biggest pressure/stress of coming to this hotel.

Liked: Hotel is very convenient for any arena shows which was the purpose of my stay. They are welcoming at the front desk and handled issues promptly and efficiently.
Disliked: I’m having to be picky over this as there wasn’t any issues with my stay. But I would’ve liked a bathtub in the room and a pool however that is down to me entirely not the hotel to fix.
