Not for Car Travelers –...

Disliked: Not suitable for travelers arriving by car — in 2025, hotels or accommodation providers should offer parking or at least proper support like a shuttle, rather than leaving guests to wander through an unfamiliar city to sort it out themselves.

Liked: The staff are nice and the free drinks (Mon, Wed, Fri) are really a big bonus! Will definitely come again if travel to Birmingham.
Disliked: The entrance door closes automatically, but it is too slow, other people can follow in.

Liked: Large comfortable room exceptionally clean but it had a few minor issues The thermostat on the shower was unpredictable ,possibly on the wrong way round so hot was actually cold ? Although there were 2 of us only one lot of towels were supplied which we didn’t realise until we needed them The breakfast selection was very good but the hot food was tepid at best
