Exceeded our expectations

Liked: Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and Frankfurt Christmas Market. Nice, clean and spacious suite, friendly staff and delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Birmingham.
Disliked: It wasn't a big problem, but when we stayed there several of the elevators were out of service due to maintenance, which meant that you had to wait a little longer for the elevator than normal.
