Hotel du Vin Birmingham

I have stayed in many Hotel du Vins over the years and slowly the food and service is going downhill at a couple of the venues. Breakfast both here and in the Exeter hotel was lukewarm with scrambled eggs cold and inedible. Buffet selection average and service average. Such a shame as it used to be excellent and the rooms are amazing.

Disliked: It feels a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. Rooms had temporary heaters, lights not working in the entry way.
