The hotel is very clean...

Liked: The hotel is really clean and the room was good .. the staff very helpful Specially Alaa she is super nice as she upgraded my room and give me voucher for complementary drink
Disliked: The location a bite far away from the city center around 23 mints

Disliked: Shocking service.Got there. Didn't let me in because I didn't have my driver's license with me and then didn't offer a refund. Complete joke. Ignored all emails
